Our Story

Our business is proudly family owned and operated by Miguel and Iris Alaniz. What began as a dream built on faith, hard work, and dedication has grown into something truly special for our family and the community we are blessed to serve.

Our journey started in April 2015 with the opening of our Feed Store. From the very beginning, our mission was simple: provide quality products, treat people right, and serve our community with honesty and heart. As relationships grew, so did the vision. We began offering Twisted X and Crazy Train out of our office at the feed store — a small step that opened the door to something much bigger.

In August 2021, we opened our first western clothing storefront in the former Fred’s Drug Store building. Thanks to the incredible support of our community, we quickly outgrew that space. In November 2024, we moved to our current location at the former Rio Hondo Boat Marine building, allowing us to expand our selection and better serve our customers — while continuing to operate our original Feed Store at 204 Industrial Blvd, Rio Hondo, TX.

Family is at the center of everything we do. Alongside us are our children — Tuff, Emma, and Miguel Alaniz Jr. “Dos” — who inspire our work ethic and remind us daily why we started. We believe in putting God first, working hard, and giving back to the community that has supported us every step of the way. You can often find us at local livestock shows supporting our youth, or stop by and see us in store.
